The products, tickets and memberships are ordered via our online store at docnz.co.nz, or other sales channels offered manually or via email.
DOCNZ is not responsible for the mistakes and errors caused by members, Facebook or any other third-party service provider.
Orders are confirmed via email, which includes the information about delivery, price and taxes. To receive the email confirmation the member must provide a valid email address when making a purchase.
We try to accept any legal tender. You can use at least the most common credit cards, Paypal and bank transfer to make a purchase. We do not accept beer, food or motorcycle parts as a form of payment.
Backorder of Merchandise
We don’t carry huge amounts of stock and operate a backorder system. This means that members are encouraged to backorder merch at docnz.co.nz when items are not in stock.
Once a number of orders have been placed of the same item, we will get your order made with our supplier and ship it to you within two days of when this shipment has landed on our doorstep.
We aim to ship every order within two days of purchase IF your item is in stock!
For backordered items, these will be couriered to you within two days of when the shipment has landed on our doorstep.
We don’t know how long exactly it will take to deliver to your beautiful part of paradise within NZ. If it takes more than three weeks from the time you get the ‘it’s sent email’ to get your stuff, please contact us. We aim to deliver as fast as possible to every nook and cranny of our wonderful world of NZ.
Delivery method and shipping fees
We didn’t bother to calculate shipping fees for every address there is, so the prices are fixed within NZ. The products are shipped with NZCouriers or the best available alternative. Except if it’s convenient, timely and you happen to live on some awesome motorcycling road – you could get a package delivered in person onboard a Ducati stallion, we’ll keep you posted.
DOCNZ reserves a right to change these terms. Members are responsible for checking the current delivery and payment terms.
