How do I collect my ticket?
There’s no “ticket” as such. Just roll up to the sign-in desk, tell us your name so we can tick you off our VIP list. We’ll welcome you with a smile while you grab you your NDR goodies, including the NDR Tag, tee, stickers. Then you’re all set to ENJOY!

What's the NDR tag for?
The NDR tag and Ducati lanyard you’ll get at sign-in is your all-access passes for the weekend! Wear them with pride coz, no tag means no entry to these exclusive event highlights: 🍽️ Friday Dinner | 📜 The AGM | 😋 Saturday Lunch | 🌟 Saturday Gala Night.

Can I change my tee size??
When you signed up, your tee size was locked in, and we’ve only ordered what you chose! If the pies (or the gym) got the better of you, we suggest finding someone during the weekend with the size you need and see if they’re up for a swap!

Can I score another NDR tee?
Yup! Our tee designs are cool, eh?! You can order the same design after the event, it just won’t have the exclusive NDR markings on it.

What's the dress code for Saturday night?
Smart casual.
For the guys: A collared shirt is the go – bonus points if it’s sporting a DOCNZ logo!
For the gals: As a guide, Ange the Prez will be rocking a dress and heels.

Photo & Filming Consent
We'll be snapping photos and maybe videos at this event because we love to share the good vibes on our socials and in our marketing stuff. By attending, you’re giving us permission to use images and footage. Don’t worry, we’ll handle them with care and follow NZ privacy rules. If you’re not keen to be in any photos or videos, just let one of the crew know.

Where can I find the event agenda and schedule?
You’ll find the full itinerary here! Plans might shift a little, but we’ll make sure you’re updated.

Can I bring a friend and buy their ticket on the day?
Nah, sorry. We’ve got everything locked in: tags, goodies, meals, and seats for registered attendees only. So, make sure ticket’s are sorted before the event! >> THEY CAN still come along to the Show & Shine, though!! << They’ll be able to check out the gleaming bikes and soak up all the epic vibes!

Can I nominate a “Good Bugger” or “Silly Bugger”?
YES! We love celebrating the legends and laughs of our club. Nominate by clicking the appropriate link, GOOD BUGGER or SILLY BUGGER!
Awards will be presented at during prize-giving at the gala celebrations on Saturday night.

What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
There’s always a risk with events and riding. Remember: don’t be a dick. When you bought your ticket, you agreed to the Event T&Cs. Have a refresher here if you need it.

What parking arrangements are available?
We’ve got you covered! Parking is safe, tucked away from the road, and CCTV will be keeping an eye out.

What’s the condition of the roads to and from NDR?

Are there organised rides to get to NDR?
DOCNZers come from all corners of NZ, so if you’re keen to ride in with others, jump into our private Facebook group! Post your plans or ask around – share where you're riding from and when, you'll be sure to have a crew and plan in no time!

I Can't Come to the Event Now…
Bummer! We get it, life happens. Unfortunately, tickets to our major events are non-refundable, like concert tickets. As a not-for-profit club, running big events comes with its fair share of risks, so this policy helps us keep everything running smoothly. We’ve got a cap on numbers because we’ve maxed out the venue, and we need that number to make NDR work. If something pops up and you can't make it, no worries! If you can find someone to take your ticket, we’re happy to transfer it for you.

Will the event still happen if it rains?
Absolutely! Rain, hail, or shine – it’s all about the Ducati connections, the magic of catching up with fellow Ducatisti.

The Event Has Been Rescheduled, Now What?
No stress! If the event gets rescheduled, your ticket purchase will still be valid for the new date.

The Event Has Been Cancelled, WHAT NOW?
Yikes! If we have to cancel, you’ll get a partial refund, and any event merch or items you’ve ordered will be sent to you. We’ll keep you in the loop with updates, and once refunds are confirmed, please allow up to five (5) business days for processing.
